George’s practice focuses on corporate bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and commercial litigation. His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate debtor-creditor relations. In corporate bankruptcy cases, George has counseled debtors, secured and unsecured lenders, trustees, creditors’ committees, bondholders, landlords, and other parties in interest. He has represented borrowers and lenders in negotiating and documenting commercial loans and workouts. George also has substantial experience in commercial litigation, including lender liability suits, preferences, fraudulent transfers, and director and officer liability claims. George has served on the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Utah since 2011.
