Josh practices primarily in the areas of family law and commercial litigation. His principal focus is resolving legal issues in the most efficient manner possible, often through alternative dispute resolution, although he is able and willing to take cases through trial if necessary.
Josh has a stellar track record representing clients in matters ranging from the non-monetary to claims exceeding $250,000,000. His work in the domestic arena has been featured by prominent media outlets such as Dateline, The Washington Post, The New York Times, Dr. Phil and Good Morning America. Josh has been selected by his peers as a member of the Utah Legal Elite and Mountain States Super Lawyers multiple times.
Although Josh’s diverse client base includes Fortune 500 companies and celebrities, he is just as likely to be found representing those in need of legal assistance but unable to afford it. Since 2004, Josh has contributed more than 900 hours of pro bono work, providing clients fair and effective representation in areas such as adoptions, ADA discrimination, family law matters, mortgage modification scams, and others.
