Kim is a litigator with over 17 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has represented clients in matters ranging from adoptions to complex commercial litigation. These days, Kim chooses to focus her practice primarily on family law matters including divorce and custody cases and guardianship and conservatorship issues. Kim is passionate about helping people. She recognizes that family law issues deeply impact the most important aspects of life. Because of this, she approaches each case with empathy, patience, and the experience needed to guide clients through the court process.
Kim is a past president of the Young Alumni Association of the SJ Quinney College of Law and currently serves on the board of West Jordan Youth Theatre. She was born and raised in England before her family immigrated to the United States. She received both her Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Utah.
