Our Health Care Group provides service to health care professionals and organizations concerning regulatory compliance, negotiation and documentation of transactions among health care entities and health care-specific employment issues.  Our attorneys have experience in the areas of managed care and other contract negotiation, dispute resolution and regulatory matters, including HIPAA, STARK and Anti-kickback compliance and response to agency investigations.  We have also assisted in the formation and/or acquisition of joint ventures, practice management organizations, and in the purchase and sale of commercial entities and real estate in the health care field.
